How to make RDP film to see the quality of redispersible polymer powder

The most valuable method to test the quality of RDP is to add it in dry mixed mortar, to see the behavior of dry mixed mortar in 28days and years. But there is quick method to feel the quality of RDP.

1. Take 10ml RDP powder to mixed with 10ml water.

2. Stir the emulsion well in one minute

3. Let stand for 5 minute to see the bubble disappear.

4. Pull the mixture to flat ground.

5. Wait it to be dry and take it off. The film should be flexible and with well strength.
