The suggested formulation of cement based putty under nature stone paint

The character of the putty under nature stone paint is:

1. High strength, it need be cement based, and the dosage of cement should be high.

2. It need be more thick then interior wall putty. Usually in cm.

The formulation that is well work in our side.

1. Cement dosage: 400-450kgs

2. Ca(OH)2. 50kgs This will be helpful to have a much high strength

3. Sand 350-400kgs

4. CaCO3: 150kgs

5. HPMC 3-5kgs The dosage varies because of the different tempeture in different environment.

6. Starch ether 0.5kg This material is suggested in most dry mixed mortar

7. Redispersible polymer powder 10kg-15kg-20kgs The dosage varies of the different quality putty.

8. PP Fiber 1kg Very helpful in anti cracking.

9. Wood cellulose fiber 3-5kgs This material will reduce the dosage of HPMC and bring better character of mortar.
