PC 6020RT -F is a kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer flake with higher water reducing rate and high collapse resistance.

In addition to the inherent characteristics of the powder water reducer, the biggest advantage is that it has very good collapse retention. It can be directly dissolved in water to prepare a liquid water reducing agent, and all indicators can reach the performance of a liquid polycarboxylic acid water reducing pumping agent, which makes the application process greatly convenient. For use in remote areas, simply stir and evenly dissolve it. The product has the characteristics of uniform particles, low water content, good solubility, high water reduction, and high collapse retention.

PC6020RT is based on EPEG polycarboxylate ether monomer.

PC 6020RT series have high degree slump retention rate, when use in concrete it need be used together with PC6010 series.

Key Properties

- The water reducing rate is more then 25% , can greatly improve the fluidity of the concrete with the same amount of water added.

- In the spray drying process of traditional Polycarboxylate powder water reducing agent, due to the effect of high temperature, the polycarboxylic acid group will more or less cause certain damage. Thereby greatly reducing the performance of the product after the liquid is converted into a solid. PC-3050 is manufactured by a special process, so that the carboxylic acid group is not destroyed during the powder manufacturing process, so that the original liquid mother liquor is retained.

- Good solubility and fast dissolution rate

Especially the particles are uniform and the specific surface area is large. So it can dissolve quickly in the process of dissolving in water. And there is no obvious impurities after dissolution.

Packaging and Storage

A. Standard Packing: In 25kg bags out HDPE bags inner with LDPE bags

B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.

Store it in a cool, dry place below 30°C and protected against humidity and pressing. Storage time should not exceed 12 months. And please use it up within 60days if the bags are open.
